KillGorack 2023-07-19 19:05:18 Phase difference and wavelength difference are related in a simple manner. A phase difference of 360° corresponds to one full wavelength. So, to find the wavelength difference corresponding to any other phase difference, we use a ratio. For a phase difference of 270°, the wavelength difference is: (270° / 360°) * λ which simplifies to: 0.75 * λ So a phase difference of 270° corresponds to a wavelength difference of 0.75 λ, or three quarters of a full wavelength.
